Phones 4U’s old stock is being auctioned off on the cheap

It was a shock when Phones 4U closed down earlier this year, causing hundreds of people to lose their jobs. It may not have taken long for administrators to sell of the company’s high street stores, but there is still plenty of stock lying around waiting to be sold.

So much stock, in fact, that Fonearena spotted that it’s being auctioned off to the public, and some of the prices are absurdly cheap. So if you missed Black Friday, and you can’t wait until Boxing Day, you might be in luck.

Every week from Friday until Tuesday, John Pye auctions will list a selection of Phones 4U stock for people to place bids on. This stock includes Beats headphones, smartwatches, Apple cables, and much more. Just make an offer and you could end up owning an expensive piece of tech without destroying your bank balance. Just as an example, Beats Solo headphones retail for £140 but in the auction some pairs were sold for as little as £52

Sadly anyone still waiting for an iPhone 6 refund from the company is out of luck, all the money raised from selling the stock will go towards paying off Phones 4U’s debts and ensure former employees get the wages they are owed.
