Gallery Doctor manages your phone’s photo gallery so you don’t have to

If you’re one with a passion for mobile photography then there’s no doubt that your phone is filled with photos. Organising all those photos is a huge hassle, so why not save yourself some time and let Gallery Doctor do it all for you?

The app has one single function: it automates the deletion process saving you time and effort, along with freeing up space in your phone’s memory. It does this by recognising and deleting shots that are duplicate shots, or just plain bad.

Obviously you might not be happy about an app automatically deleting unique photos because it deems them to be ‘bad’, so until you learn to trust its judgement you can decide which images actually deserve to be deleted after the app has run through its selection process.

That decision process takes the form of a Tinder-style interface that lets to swipe left to delete a photo, and right to keep it. So even if your photos are terrible, the manual feature lets you keep hold of whatever they captured.

There are a number of these types of apps available for iOS devices, which is why Gallery Doctor is currently only available on Android. It’s free, and you can download it from Google Play.
