Mother of Photoshop fails: has Emilia Clarke’s waist been ‘shopped on the cover of Vogue?

Emilia Clarke, known as Game of Thrones’ Daenerys Targaryen (or ‘Khaleesi’ if you’re one of the people who insist on calling her that), appears on the cover of Vogue this month looking her usual stunning self. But we couldn’t help noticing something looked slightly amiss on the left side of the picture:

CB_zNFrW8AAPzaaIs it us, or does it look like her waist has melted into her arm…?

Let’s take a closer look:

waist

Hmm. We can see the line where her waist meets her arm, but it still looks really, really wrong. It’s at the wrong angle, for starters, and would mean the ring in the middle was distinctly off-centre. Shouldn’t she have as much waist on the left as on the right…?

The jury’s out on whether this is bad Photoshop or just a weird angle, but if you ask us, Dany got a wee bit too close to Drogon. She looks like she’s melting away.
