New Instagram update finally lets you edit your typos

The permanency of the internet is a bit of a pain, especially if you tend to type quickly, or have a very poor autocorrect system, and end up with a lot of typos in your stuff. Fortunately the new Instagram update will let you go back and alter those little errors.

The new feature is relatively easy to find, all you have to do is click the ‘edit’ button underneath your image and you will be able to make changes to a photo’s caption. This won’t go noticed, however, because like Facebook the image will show that you have edited the caption.

Other changes include a new ‘people’ tab which recommends interesting accounts for you to follow, and the explore icon has been changed to a magnifying glass so that when you tap it you will see two tabs for photos and people.

The update is live for iOS and Android right now, so you should had over to your relevant app store and download it.
