The clever software is installed on your computer and creates a folder called "My Dropbox" - anything you save in here will be automatically uploaded with ‘the cloud’, not only meaning that your files will be accessible anywhere you have Dropbox installed (great if you have multiple computers), but it will also act as an automatic backup. What’s cool is that Dropbox also supports versioning - so if you have a file in the Dropbox that you’re editing, and accidentally delete everything and save it, you can head over to the Dropbox website and download an older version.
