5 Online Instagram alternatives: VintageJS, PicPlz and InstantRetro
Although Instagram is clearly one of our favourite (OK our favourite) photo editing tools, there are those who can’t access it from their handsets and others who feel a little restricted by the fact you can’t tweak filters and borders to your heart’s content.
However, there are a range of other photo editing apps available that can give you the same kinds of results, just check out our list of Instagram app rivals, but if you’d rather find an online version and edit from the safety of your browser, then there’s also a number of good alternatives to choose from that let you edit photos, apply Instagram-like features and then share your images with your social networks afterwards.
To celebrate Instagram week we’re running an easy to enter mobile photography competition with our friends at Orbitsound. All you have to do is take a photo with an Autumnal theme and share it on Twitter along with the hash tag #ShinyAutumn. It can be of a leaf or a Halloween costume, we really don’t mind. The winner will get a fabulous T12v3 speaker bar from Orbitsound and 19 runners up will get random iPhone related goodies.
Visit the #ShinyAutumn competition post to find out more.

The site is really simple to use, just scroll through filters at the top until you find theone.
I would like to suggest one more for review as an alternative: http://PicYou.com
