Okay maybe if you're in the paper folding professions you have worked out how do to this via the medium of words, but it had me tied up in knots. Skype might be the answer.
Have you ever tried explaining to someone how to fold a piece of paper via email? I did yesterday and it was nearly impossible.
I do a lot of things over email but as a form of communication it has its limitations. Besides explaining fiddly spatial tasks – there are other limitations to email – and what you can’t do on it is significant because we all use it so much.
The problems with email are exactly why Google invented Google Wave of course. Not that that turned out to be the answer, but it it did highlight the issues with the format.
