The drought of Hello Kitty stuff seems to be over and she’s back on top form. It was only last week we told you her royal kittyness is heading for the Nintendo DS with her Big City Dreams, well now straight from the mecca of Hello Kitty (or Hello Kitty Hell for some) is this lovely piece of eye candy – it’s a Hello Kitty netbook. It seems the bandwagon had time to make a quick stop for Hello Kitty to jump on and plague us with more netbooks get one more miniature laptop out there as well as grab a piece of the netbook pie profits. I can see the guy behind Hello Kitty Hell now, down on his knees, with his head in his hands screaming “whhhhy?”

Hello Kitty isn’t new to the computing game and has been churning out laptops in association with big names for at least 3 years now. But this is the first HK netbook, with a design ten times more interesting than some we’ve seen on non kitty orientated netbooks. This time Sotec is the computer manufacturer assisting Hello Kitty in bringing our computing needs to a HK themed outer shell. Lift the lid on this pretty netbook and underneath all that Hello Kitty it’s got Atom N270 CPU, 1GB of RAM, an Intel 945GSE Express, 120GB of HDD.

This is testament to the fact that Hello Kitty themed gear isn’t going anywhere – it’s here to stay and grate on the skin of Hello Kitty ingrates. We’re still not Hello Kitty enough as far as Japan is concerned, so there the laptop shall remain until more people can show their love and appreciation for the infamous cat and all Sanrio stuff. Luckily by clicking here, you can grab one online for $890.95 USD.
