Shiny Video: new features on the BBC iPlayer

Here's a quick video outlining two new features on the BBC iPlayer: the personalised recommendations in the "For You" tab and the "Friends" tab.

We would love to show the Instant Chat feature, but that's not live for a few weeks and it seems that official BBC account didn't have any friends on Windows Live Messenger anyway.
