The Galaxy Note Edge will be a limited edition concept

When Samsung announced the Galaxy Note Edge at IFA they commented about how it was going to be available in ‘limited markets’. Today it has been confirmed that this is indeed the case, and the phone itself will only be available in limited numbers.

Samsung reportedly only expects to sell around one million Galaxy Note Edges worldwide, relegating it as more of a niche product like last year’s Galaxy Note Round.

The Edge will go on sale in South Korea some time next month before being rolled out in other territories. Which territories is still unclear, as is the price of the device and how many will actually be available in each region.

It’s a bit of a shame, but hopefully some devices will be made available in the UK and in enough numbers for people who want one to get one.
