Chrome for Mac will only be 64-bit as of November

Those of you who use Chrome on a Mac that doesn’t have a 64-bit operating system might want to look for an upgrade, otherwise you’re going to find yourself cut off from the internet come November.

According to Google when the 64-bit version of Chrome launches in November, the 32-bit version of the browser is set to be retired. The change will reportedly make little difference to the majority of Mac users because they’re using a 64-bit operating system already.

But if you are 32-bit Mac user, then you have two options: either upgrade your system before November, or you have to switch over the a 32-bit browser like Firefox.
