The Apple Watch works with Apple Pay

With the announcement of both Apple Pay and the Apple Watch, Apple has revealed that the two will work together. This essentially means that instead of pulling out your phone every time you want to make a purchase you can just wave your watch against the NFC receiver and pay that way. Simple, effective, and much quicker than taking out your purse.

We know this will certainly work with the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, but it’s unclear whether connecting an Apple Watch to your iPhone 5, 5S, or 5C will allow you to use Apple Pay with the older devices.
