The Backbeat is Bluetooth for your ears

altecc.jpg

We’re used to Bluetooth headsets providing us with one ear full of sound while the other lonely appendage keeps itself aware of any traffic/radio needs that are on the horizon. Well the latest creation from Altec Lansing is the Backbeat device, which ensures that both audio sockets are fully plugged with rich stereo sound and full call support.

The device comfortably fits around your head with the tailored ear buds optimized for comfort, and they feature OpenMic technology, which means you can become fully aware of your surrounding at the touch of a button, rather than obliviously running into traffic.

They’re intended to be exercise friendly devices, and I think they look extremely durable-likely to stay comfortably in your lugholes when you’re breaking a sweat The 903 is Bluetooth enabled and works with any compatible MP3 player or mobile, whilst the 906 comes with a stereo 2.0 Bluetooth adapter which transmits wirelessly through any device with a 3.5mm jack.

Get them for £69.99 and £89.99 respectively from Altec Lansing
