Go!View leaves the Beta stage and gives PSP owners a months free trial!

PSP owners have often bemoaned the lack on-the-go media for their devices, as UMD’s are frankly far too overpriced to be viable for everyday use. GO!VIEW aims to change this with its video on demand service that offer the functionality of SKY on the portable platform. It has just left the beta stage of testing, which means their library of shows will expand hugely, and best of all, you can trial it for FREE for 30 days.

It’s a pretty straightforward system to use, as you just download the software from the website and then launch the GO!VIEW program from your desktop. You can sign up for the entertainment package of your choice (sports/comedy/entertainment), which costs £5 per month and includes unlimited downloads of TV shows, Movies or Sports.

Should you want the latest programmes or TV shows you have the option to rent them for a limited period, and you can then watch the latest episode of Heroes or chart-topping film on your PSP.

I like the fact that there’s no minimum term for the contract and as you can cancel your free subscription after a month it’s a great way to test out the service.
