Diesel has made the Samsung Gear S even more stylish for London Fashion Week. Apple Watch who?

Another tech and fashion collaboration is happening this weekend, as part of London Fashion Week, and this one is getting us very excited!

Samsung has partnered with Diesel Black Gold to design exclusive pieces featuring the new Samsung Gear S, and, from the pictures, it’s making the already-amazing 3G-powered smartwatch look even better and way more stylish.

The creative director of Diesel Black Gold, Andreas Melbostad, has interpreted the revolutionary Samsung Gear S with a series of customised accessories, which will debut down the runway of the brand’s Spring/Summer 2015 show. Using the innovative technology of the Samsung Gear S as a foundation, the creative team at Diesel Black Gold created a collection of unique pieces in different shapes, colours, and details.

The SS15 collection has been inspired by New Wave rock stars and tough rockabilly heroines, giving the device some edge with leather and metal detailing, and we’re absolutely loving the wearables.

Younghee Lee, Executive Vice President of Global Marketing, IT & Mobile Division at Samsung, says: “We are committed to developing collaborations with brands that inspire fashion and empower people to express their personal style.

“Our partnership with Diesel Black Gold is very crucial as it further showcases the union of fashion and technology, and the way in which wearable devices continue to become more intertwined in daily life.”

With 3G-capability and a design we’re loving, we’re not sure how much more the Samsung Gear S can be improved at this rate. Apple Watch who?
