You see, they have to put up with a lot - while they do it all with a happy heart, they all come across 'those' situations that are so odd, confusing or downright funny that they simply HAVE to tell the word about it! How to win that PC

To enter is tell us (Twitter style) in less than 140 characters (we won't be too strict if it is a bit over) about your favourite IT fail. You know it could be anything from confusing a CD-ROM drive with a cup holder through to the time you spent an hour wondering why your PC wasn't working when all that was wrong was that you hadn't plugged it
into the electricity mains.
