I love the iPhone, but with a storage capacity of 16GB, it's never going to replace my iPod classic. But I would totally be convinced if Apple chose to hike up the flash memory to 32GB - that's practically a workable size.
The rumour is that a new iPhone could be coming in January (the same time as Macworld, non-coincidentally). There's also talk of a 3 megapixel camera, and improved battery life. No doubt those who bought the 3G version this year are quaking in their boots. But they can take heart, a price tag of £500 has also been suggested. Surely, surely not.
