Forget lengthy 'how to' books/manuals on passing your driving test, which only serve as a great way to send you to slumberland anyway. It's time to get a bit more interactive when learning how to drive. Of course, the most interactive way to learn is in an actual car with an actual instructor, but this way is still fun - and you won't feel the pressure when someone's barking orders at you while parallel parking. The Driving Theory Training for the DS (which is much more interactive than any book), trains you up in the driving department with a range of questions, games and activities that should make you a confident driver in no time.

Take a virtual driving test, test yourself on some theory or the Highway Code, or just get in some good old fashioned practice - that's what the game's for.

If a car's driving controls featured a control pad, stylus and buttons, the game would be fab. We all know very well they don't, so I don't know how useful the game will actually be when faced with the real thing. Still, it sounds like a load of fun doesn't it?

Tough luck if you live in the US - it's based on UK driving rules and regulations only.
