Sony's bright red digital frame

Comments (0)

Sony_digital_photo_frame.JPGRed connotes a number of things - the devil, blood, silk sheets, the red carpet, and now this digital 7-inch frame from Sony. It might not match your décor but it will definitely stand out that's for sure. The DPF-D70 displays your pics on a photo quality LCD screen with a viewing area of 152 x 91mm.

The frame features an intelligent orientation sensor that'll rotate your images when put in either landscape or portrait mode. You're also given a choice of slideshow modes and a multi-card slot. This gives you the choice of using Memory Stick, Memory Stick Duo, SD, MMC, CompactFlash, MicroDrive or xD media Image Transfer (transfers images from connected PC to the frame's internal memory with no software required).

Sony has given it an internal memory of 256MB, which will store up to 500 pictures and as an added bonus, the frame automatically rescales large files to utilise as much of the album's capacity as possible. You're also provided with a remote to flick past those not so good pics, to the ones that make you look amazing.

It's £99 and available exclusively from Marks and Spencer.
