The Australian Health Research Institute has claimed that by the year 2020, a third of the world's population will suffer from ear, eye or brain cancer, as well as other disorders such as heart ailments, impotency, migraine and epilepsy. They've attributed this to the fact that we can't seem to stop using our mobile phones and all the other radiation transmitting devices that give our lives meaning. But surely not using these things means reverting back to stone age?
According to the research carried out, cancer is on the horizon for the majority of us due to the *very very* high volume of electromagnetic data transmission emitted by billions of mobile phones, internet, intranet and wireless communication data transmission. Other fatal and volumetric factors include transmission towers, microwaves and wireless devices - all of which are things a vast majority of us come into contact with every single day. Scary stuff.
There's no past precedent of this. Never before have we been so technologically advanced, so the effects are effectively unknown. Just looking at the scary diagram is enough to make me stop using my phone for a while. Then again, who am I kidding? I can't bear to be without my beloved mobile for more than a day.
