This tool is so awesome it's blown my tiny mind. The fact that whoever created it self proclaimed it as such, in this rare instance, is completely justified. The number of times I've sent people web pages and tried to direct them halfway down the page, under the advert, right next to the tag cloud, when trying to direct them to a certain passage... It's happened more than thrice, let me tell you.
The Awesome Highlighter allows you to highlight passages from a page and will then create a URL for you to send people, which will display the page with the relevant text illuminated. There's also the option to email people the link, or share it with Facebook, Twitter or del.icio.us. Can you think of anything more awesome?
