Luxurious laptop alert - again!!! While you're probably still coming to terms with the fact that you will never *ever* come to own the lavish Ego notebook (unless you win the lottery or are left some serious dough from a dead relative you were unaware of), Singulum have released a plush laptop that is sure to have you crying inconsolably into your hands...again.
At first glance it doesn't look as beauoootiful as the Ego, so you're probably looking at the notebook and thinking to yourself "luxury pah". Well, let me explain what puts it into the 'too expensive for you' category.

As you've probably noticed, the Singulum notebook is made from wood. It isn't just made from any old bit of bark, it uses high quality wood used to make violins. It also features an ivory and 24 carat solid gold keyboard, all handcrafted.
The specs are equally impressive with a 15.4-inch screen, core 2 duo processor, Windows Vista, Ehternet and it's DVD recordable (dual layer). Every notebook is unique which makes it all the more desirable (for people who care about that kind of thing). There's no hint at a price as yet but with 24 carat gold keys, I wouldn't put it on your Christmas list (unless you come into/have some serious moolah).
Has the Ego met its match from this wooden contender? Its features definitely sound more luxurious than the Ego, but it's going to take a pretty mighty laptop to knock the Ego off the top of my plush laptop list. What do you think?
