Please don't stop the music: Gear4 cant stop making iPod speaker docks

Gear4 really want to be at the top of their game. I only say this because in the past month we've seen the release of not one, but three iPod docks from those dock makers - the DUO, the Street Party III and now Gear4's latest effort, the House Party 4.

It's *a lot* prettier than its predecessor, I'll give them that. But is it just me, or does the speaker just look like the Street Party III without the curved edges? The main difference between the two of course is that the House Party is a home stereo speaker whereas the Street Party III can be used where ever you decide to take it (not underwater of course, that would be silly).

The House Party4 has 2 x 15W speakers and it plays inbuilt FM radio with 10 programmable preset stations. You also get the choice of seven EQ settings including, Jazz, Pop, Rock, Classic and Bass.

With easy Plug and Play technology, simply pop your iPod in and let the tunage roll. In case you're not an iPod owner, the speaker also comes with a line-in port to use with other MP3 players.

Design features include a hidden LED display and cable storage compartment for those messy cables and a fabric grill for the speaker. It will set you back around £70 so depending on how cheap you are this can either be classed as expensive or cheap.
