Stylish laptop alert!!! And *very* stylish indeed is this Ego notebook. Designed to be the ultimate high-end accessory, the Ego notebook features interchangeable handmade leather skins (bought separately) and integrated chrome handle. So if it doesn't match your outfit or your mood, simply change the cover and off you go. If the sound of a leather exterior doesn't float your boat, personal, diamond (18 Carat white gold ornaments) and limited edition (associations with well known brands) Ego's are available, all of which are available to view here.
It also has a gloss piano black finish inside and high gloss chrome outer frame. I think you'll agree when I say the one in the picture looks very *very* dashing indeed. You won't want to hide this away in a bulky lappy bag. But enough about how pretty it is, it is actually a laptop and not just an overpriced accessory.
It's powered by an AMD dual core processor with Windows Vista. It has a 12.1" high definition anti-reflected widescreen (good feature to have now the sun is out), integrated microphone and webcam. As well as all that, it has 160GB hard drive, two sliding doors to hide and protect the connectors and 12 direct access keys and features four integrated speakers behind the screen. Like a lot of laptops out there, this one is also WiFi certified with integrated Bluetooth. The Ego weighs 2.6kg so it won't feel too weighty on the arms when you're trying to pull it off as a handbag.
It will cost you around £2000 for your basic model. The more bespoke your laptop gets the higher the price.
This is a great example of technology being dressed by design, and you'll definitely make a huge fashion statement with this on your arm.

Erm... It runs Vista? I'd say that makes it 'just an overpriced accessory', after all :D
