How much did you *so* badly want your very own R2D2 when you were first exposed to the phenomenon that is Star Wars how ever many years ago? I know I did.
Remember the R2D2 projector? Well this is another piece of R2D2 gadgetry. This time it's in the form of a remote control wireless webcam. All of a sudden your normal bog-standard webcam seems quite boring and dull in comparison doesn't it? Not only is this replica of the famous droid a wireless webcam, it's a variety of other things too.
Use it to play your web based audio, as an internet phone or as a digital camera. It has a voice record function, it will wirelessly transmit your images and it has a very *very* cool remote control - in the form of a Lightsaber (can also be used as weapon for Star Wars roleplay). The Lightsaber remote will glow red when on and blue when used as a phone. It even has Lightsaber sound effects (ooooh).
It's not as pricey as the projector (a cool two grand), but pricey nonetheless - £299. But how could you resist such a fine piece of kit?
