Whilst these might look like some new paint jobs for the eeePC, they are in fact an entirely new and different budget UMPC, sort of. In a not-very-different kind of way. They're from Van Der Led, and each feaure 2 USB hubs, WiFi, an 8.9-inch screen, 512 MB of RAM, 4GB of flash memory and a 4.5 hour battery life. Similarly to the eeePC they run a Linux based OS, called Ubuntu.

And what have those crazy Dutch people called this laptop? The Jisus. Is this a nod to the Jesus phone? Is it merely to rile those with religion in their lives? Or is it truly the son of God?

Which ever it is, you'll be able to try it out for yourself from the 25th May, when you'll be able to purchase one of your own for 299 euros, which is about 230 pounds.
