It's official!! O2 drop the price of the 8GB iPhone to £169

Well, it turned out they didn't bother waiting til tomorrow. O2 have just announced that they're dropping the price of the iPhone to £169. Interestingly, the price cut is valid until the 1st June, which leads to the inevitable 'what happens after June' question.

Tariffs stay the same, starting at £35 a month, with access to The Cloud's WiFi hotspots included. The 16GB iPhone will remain at £329. Could there be space in the stockroom for the 3G iPhone now?
