Guitar Hero apes Rock Band with drum and mic additions

The folks behind Guitar Hero aren't afraid to admit when competitors have hit on something, particularly if it means they can copy it. It's predicted that the forthcoming Guitar Hero IV will come with the additions of a drum set and microphone. Like Rock Band, there will also be downloadable tracks available on a weekly basis.

It's been suggested that there will also be 'local content' which could mean you'll be able to download tracks from that little indie band you heard at your local boozer the other week. Who knows - the next Arctic Monkeys might be found on Guitar Hero...
