Sony Ericsson has dominated the first day announcements with a clutch of new phones including the C702 and C902, brand new HSDPA cameraphones.

The C702 has a 3.2 megapixel camera, auto focus, 2 x digital zoom, face detection and red eye reduction packed into a splash and dust resistant casing. The built in GPS and Google Maps for Mobile mean you should always be able to go from A to B with ease.

Meanwhile the C902 has a 5 megapixel camera and a unique slide-out lens cover so you can get to your camera pretty much instantly. It packs similar camera features to its sister with the improvements of 2.5x digital zoom and Photo Flash for quality photos in low-light conditions. There's also x-Pict for building slideshows with music and transitions and 160MB of built in memory.

The C702 Cyber-shot will be available in selected markets in Speed Black or Cyan Blue from mid-2008. The C902 will come in Swift Black or Luscious Red at the same time.
