Samsung might be getting Soul, but it's also not forgetting the entry-level handset market, with three budget models hoving into view at the MWC according to Tech Digest.
The J700 slider (left), packs a 1.3 megapixel camera, microSD expansion, FM radio, music player and a 2" display, set into a mirrored finish. This is arriving next month for about 130-140 Euros.
Next is the J150 (centre), a 9.9mm thick candybar with a 1.9" display, 1.3 megapixel camera, FM radio and microSD slot (sound like familiar spec?). It's even cheaper, weighing in at just 120-130 Euros when it's released shortly.
Last in line is the L170, 'boasting' a 2 megapixel camera to justify its inflated 175 Euro price tag. There's also a not-quite-so-impressive 1.6" display and it's 10.7mm thick.
