White is the new black: Humax launches two shiny new White TV's

Humax has decided to go for a fresh new look this season with the launch of two new LCD TV’s with a ‘contemporary gloss white finish’. They come in a 19-inch frame and offers widescreen viewing for the home. Both models have integrated Freeview, which means no fiddly set-top boxes, and an HDMI slot for easy connection to games consoles. Alternatively both models can work as a a super-sized computer monitor. The LGB19-DZT is the daddy of the range, retailing at £329, and though it may look identical, it has a bunch of extra audio features, with an integrated digital hifi sound system, simulated surround sound and a built in alarm clock with snooze (for when you fall asleep on the couch?). Hopefully the white finish will stay shiny and clear, but if you have a lot of little kids I’d avoid this for fear of continual smudge marks.

From £299 at Humax Digital
