Blu-ray makeup? How does that work? Well, apparently Cargo has created a range of beauty products designed to be used by makeup artists protecting their star's dodgy skin secrets from the notoriously unforgiving nature of high definition shoots. And as a final nail in HD DVD's coffin, the company is referencing Blu-ray big time.
Officially called "blu_ray", the line of powders and paints includes a mattifier, powder, mascara, gloss and a highlighter, with prices ranging from $20 - $30 per product (or $60 for small sets). That's £10 - £15 in our money, but of course, not having a Sephora nearby you'd have to go on a shopping holiday; Kiss and Makeup is echoing our sighs already.

Yeah, I can see it now, all the PS3 fanboys rushing out to support their format with this make-up.
.....and "final nail"?
God Almity you guys have been saying HD DVD is dead or dying for the last 2 years and still the hardware sells very nicely (as the Amazon & Play.com stats clearly show).
Give it a rest.
I agree with DaveBG the whole format war is a tired joke and THIS product line is right up there in the " Pink Laptop" for the girls category, it may well be quite a well produced/made product but I kinda see a “Male Centric lets make it sound Tec for the girly market”, (next item A DUEL CORE HAIR DRYER, IN PINK”), I’m not having a did at the girls but at the “Marketing”, ( a female workmate had to show he how to install itune, (yes I am a basic kind male, computers scare me as does the Telly Tubbies).
