Obvious market for this is the same as those rubber keyboards - netcafes, and any other sort of shared computing environment. 1 - for coffee spills by clumsy patrons. 2 - For easy cleaning of said mice. Have you ever used mice in a uni computer lab? *shudder*. Anything that enables easy soaking in a bucket of Pine-O-Clean is a win.
