Pink computer. Do you really care about the specs?

It’s a funny shade of pink, this one. It’s almost salmon, which is an unlikely choice for a pink gadget. Candy, yes. Neon, oh yes. Salmon? It’s slightly reminiscent of that hat your mother wore at your aunt’s wedding back in 1989.

Anyway, there is more to this computer than the shade. It’s got an Intel Core Duo processor, 2GB of RAM, a DVD rewriter, 150GB hard drive and six USB ports. Did you actually read any of that? Honestly, sometimes I don’t know why I bother.

I wish there would be more electronics (besides iPods) this colorful more often. I miss my old SONY Vaio. It was *purple*!

I painted my computer almost this exact shade of pink about 2 years ago (though I like to think mine was slightly more candy than salmon), the results of which can be seen here:

Unfortunately, she now gets very little use, as I recently bought a MacBook which outstrips her in every way (excluding colour).
