CES 2008: Microvision unveil their mini mobile projector

Picture it: You've got a brand new swanky mobile which can play you the entirety of The Bourne Ultimatum. You settle down to watch it, and within five minutes you're cross-eyed with the effort of trying to see all the detail on the tiny screen.

Microvision are hoping to provide the solution to this problem with their 'Show' projector. It is basically a handheld, battery powered unit which can project video from everything from your mobile to your iPod to any light-coloured wall. The unit itself is tiny – it is just 7mm thick – and has a battery life of over two hours. It's due to be released at the end of the year.

And then you'll be able to see Matt Damon in all his glory.
