
It is with much regret that I found out today that using the Wii is not actually seen as a legitimate form of exercise, and apparently, in order to stay healthy you *still* need to get up off your arse and do proper exercising (running, jumping, throwing balls etc). Boo sucks.
It gets worse. Apparently, Wii users only use 2% more energy that 'traditional' gamers (they obviously haven't seen me bowling on the Wii). That's an extra 60 calories an hour. Not even a freakin' apple.
