Woop de doo, another cutsey phone charm, was my first thought when I saw this little seal charm, but then my eyes strayed down the page to the rather surprising picture above. Apparently this cutesy charm does more than just decorate, it also serves and protects as well. Yes, should the unwary try and get frisky without first getting a signed permission slip, this seal will slip you a mighty shock, as you connect the metal points to the gropers hands. The shock doesn't work through clothing however so make sure you aim for the face, or the arms, and with such a cute charm they'll never see it coming.
