The E-Nup is a written agreement that aims to protect you financially from the Christmas crunch - that intensive time of year when marriages seem to break down. Although not guaranteed to be legally binding, most courts will appreciate being presented with as much evidence of ownership as possible. At least when it comes time to split your assets in the new year you'll be able to hang on to your iPhone...
