If you're blessed with more than a handful of boob, for every "hey, I look great in this dress" moment, there's likely to have been "god, I really hate running for the bus in front of all these people" moment. It's been a problem that's clearly been plaguing scientists too, who have created a bra made of intelligent material to test where the fabric is most strained.
Having given two women with size D and above cups these bras, they asked them to jog on a treadmill. They found that the bra was most strained over the shoulder straps, and often resulted in shoulder pain and tingling. The other problem was "vertical breast displacement" (I'm not entirely clear on how much this research cost, but I'm pretty sure I could have emailed some very similar conclusions for about 60 quid). Hopefully, these findings will result in some better fitting brassieres shortly.
