There's almost nothing Ferrari hasn't pimped with black and testarossa red in the last couple of years, from Segways to laptops. In fact, I feel it is only a matter of time before all cars are painted Ferrari colours (yes, even ancient 2CVs, boxy Volvos and those horrible hearse-like Chrysler PT Cruisers). But until the day that my Yaris is given an inappropriate paint job, there's always the option to carry around a Ferrari-painted phone.
The Motorola Z8 is very much a movie phone, with The Bourne Identity bundled with it, and it seems random at best that it should now be given the colours and famous prancing logo. But there are also a couple of Ferrari videos, a clutch of branded wallpapers and ringtones and pre-registration to the official Ferrari site. So... I guess it all makes sense now? No word on the price, but it'll be available from Ferrari and Moto retailers early next year.
