Almost there, guys. Just over 24 hours and the iPhone will be launched, and we can all go back to our lives (or, we can watch obsessively over who is first to hack it, what Apple's reaction is, and then watch the whole process starting again). Still, here in the UK we still haven't had many hands-on, so here's a video of what I thought of the one I got to borrow.
