Hmm. Doesn't this look like a dental implement to you? I think it's the surgical shade of pink that does it. Anyway, you're supposed to use it to stimulate lymphatic drainage and fix more bits of yourself that are probably fine in the first place.
The circling movement is designed to mimic a proper facial massage and increase circulation around your face whilst reducing stress. All of which make for reduced dark circles, bags and puffy eyes. I haven't a clue why I also put it in the naughty toys category, either.
