Designer Pieter Maes is the man behind this rather odd speaker concept, design that looks sure to annoy every neighbour in your vicinity, and impress friends at the same time.
The numerous speaker cones are joined together in the centre of this football-esque piece of tech-art, allowing sound to be projected in every direction. Odd, really since sound waves tend to travel and bounce in every direction possible. Not surprisingly, this is only a prototype, and not one I anticipate going into production any time soon.
