Medion is continuing its plan to make consumer electronics widely affordable and available through high street outlets with the release of the Medion MD 96480, a £599.99 (incl. VAT) laptop that will be sold in Sainsbury's from next month.
It packs a 1.5GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB of RAM, 250GB hard disk and integrated NVIDIA graphics card so gamers shouldn't be disappointed. There's a dual-layer DVD rewriter and Freeview TV tuner as well so that it can really become an entertainment hub. High definition audio, WiFi and an intergrated 4-in-1 card reader are also helpful additions, and the OS is Windows Vista Home Premium.
