Another day, another TV with digital tuner. LG has had a steady trickle of similar releases and the latest high spec monitor TV to join the ranks is the M228WD. But this one is slightly different to all the others, as it aims to be primarily a monitor and hub of connectivity, with a built-in digital tuner and digital radio.
It also has HDMI output and delivers a high picture quality thanks to 1680 x 1050 resolution, a Digital Fine Contrast ration of 3000:1 and a response time of 5m/s. At 22" it's a sleek widescreen with a glossy piano black frame in keeping with the Design Art philosophy that LG has been espousing for some months now. It'll be available late next month.
