Geek Chic of the Week: Space Invaders trainers

These trainers/sneakers/plimsolls/whatever fall into that subversive category of Geek Chic. Appearing totally normal on the surface, the tread on the bottom will leave people in no doubt of your gaming credentials. Every time you walk on something soft (wet sand, not yet dried cement, marshmallows) an alien and the phrase "10 points" will appear in your wake. Makes you want to go and find the nearest building site, doesn't it?
