Couples of the world rejoice - a full night's sleep is just around the corner, and the man you have to thank is German scientist Daryoush Bazargani, inventor of the computerized pillow designed to stop snorers in their tracks. The pillow is connected to a book-sized computer which sits on your bedside table and analyses the sound of snoring coming from the pillow itself (or rather, from the head that rests on it). It then automatically reduces or enlarges air compartments within the pillow to shift the position of the head, open those airways and, ultimately, stop snoring. Oh, and it'll also give you a neck massage.
It's not yet available to buy, but several American companies have apparently already expressed interest in buying the manufacturing rights. All power to them, I say...
