Hello Kitty iPod Earphone Charms - Useless, but charming

I'm inclined to think that nothing in the Hello Kitty brand could be deemed especially useful, by virtue of the fact that you can buy an equally good non-cat version, but these iPod Earphone Charms are confoundingly pointless.

The name explains it all really, you hang the charms from your earphones and the little Kitty dangles playfully next to a Treble Clef (a music symbol if you're scratching your head) while you listen. The only thing I'll give Sanrio on this one is that they handily double up as some earrings. And you don't even need your ears pierced.
