Dr. Whippy says, "The more unhappy you are, the more ice cream you need." So, when you speak to it, it analyzes the stress levels in your voice and dispenses more (or, if you're lucky, less) ice cream depending on its perception of your need. Not only is this ars electronica exhibition intrinsically wonderful because it has ice cream, it's also science!
