We've had an email. Now, don't worry, we're not going to tell you every time we get an email from now on, but this one is important. It's from the Apple press conference, and it's inviting us to a press conference in London on Tuesday 18th September. What could it be?
Well, having personally declared that we won't be seeing the iPhone in the UK before Christmas I'm hoping it's an indication that I'm going to have to eat my hat. The signs are good: it's a UK-based conference, so is not an international announcement. It's soon, which tallies with the massive ramp up of network carrier rumours we've heard recently. And it would prove me wrong, and Apple loves to do that.
Obviously we'll let you know if we find out anything more. That's ok - it's what we're here for.
